We are pleased to invite you to submit your proposal for inclusion in the program for the 2024 BC Land Summit – Collaborations & Connections.
We are seeking a mix of conference program elements – conference sessions, “deep dive” sessions, pre-conference training workshops, and off-site mobile workshops or tours. Program elements will vary in length and format, depending upon the type of element.
Program Focus
How do we work together with communities, individuals, decision-makers, other professions, and with each other while still respecting each other’s knowledge, ideas, interests, backgrounds, and differences? We are seeking to incorporate a variety of conference program elements (conference sessions, “deep dive” sessions, pre-conference training workshops, and off-site mobile workshops or tours) that will incorporate these elements while addressing some of the following key topic areas:

- Professional governance & regulation
- Professional skills (leadership, communications, managing people, engagement, career development, etc.)
- Professionalism and ethics
- Role & impact of technology, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity
- Transit & transportation
- Urban design, development & place-making
