Presenters: 2009 BC Land Summit presenters are entitled to a complimentary one-day registration on the day of their presentation or a discounted rate of $275 for a full Summit registration. Only one presenter per accepted proposal is entitled to the complimentary one-day registration or full registration discount. For example, if there are three presenters for one proposal, only one presenter can register for one-day complimentary or for a full registration at the discounted rate and the others must register as a regular participant at the rates indicated above. The main submitting author for each presentation will be sent a separate email regarding registering at the speaker rate with a link to the speaker registration site in January 2009.
Early Bird Rate: The Early Bird rate is available until Monday, March 31, 2009 and applies to Member and Non Member Full Registrations.
Regular Rate: The Regular rate is effective until Friday, May 8, 2009.
On-Site Rate: The On-Site rate is effective from Saturday, May 9, 2009 until Friday, May 22, 2009. The On-Site rate will only be offered only if space is available.

Guest Tickets: Guest tickets to meals and evening social events are available for purchase through the on-line registration site. If you have purchased a one-day registration and wish to attend an evening social event on a night other than the day you have registered for, you must purchase a guest ticket.
Member Rate: If you are an active member of one of the six Partnering Organizations of the 2009 BC Land Summit you are eligible to register at the Member rate. The six Partnering Organizations are:
Cancellation and Substitution Policy: All cancellations received in writing prior to Monday, April 20, 2009 are entitled to a 50% refund of paid fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Monday, April 20, 2009. If an optional event, such as a Workshop or Mobile Tour, is cancelled at the discretion of the Summit organizers, any paid registration fees will be refunded in full.
Substitutions can be made until Friday, May 15, 2009. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to shawnna@seatoskymeetings.com. The substituted delegate must qualify for the original rate given or the higher registration rate applies. For example, if a non member is substituted for a member, the non member rate will apply.
Continuing Education Credits / Professional Development Units are applicable with participation at the Summit. The number of credits will vary between the six Partner Organizations. Credits may also be available for participation in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place between May 19 and 23, 2009. Please check with you member organization for details. Below is a list of the number of Continuing Education Credits available for each Partner Organization.
